Large Spacious Lots!
Large lot: $175.00 per month
Small lot: $165.00 per month
Lot rent includes water, sewer, garbage, recycling and mowing.
Utilities:
Electricity is not included in the lot rent. There is a $60.00 "turn on" fee payable to Central Florida Electric Cooperative (http://www.cfec.com). Twenty four hour advance notice for service activation is required.
Television and internet services are not included in the lot rent. Options for services are Comcast http://www.comcast.com, Dish Network http://www.dish.com or Direct TV http://www.directv.com.
Your four legged family members:
Up to two well behaved, leashed pets are welcomed members to our community. There is a dog park on site for lots of play and doggie waste disposal bags are available for your use.
